Raspberry Delight

okay...so it was my birthday last week and Reagan was all in a dither because I didn't get a cake....so on Sunday I made my own! Actually, it was this scrumptious dessert!!! I sure love raspberries!!!

Dish 15/440:

Tex Mex Chicken....yummy, yummy, yummy.....it can be a little on the "HOT" side depending on what kind of salsa you use...we used my mom's (the only kind in our house...quite frankly I am suprised that we had any left my husband inhales this - quite literally! Once again my mom is amazing and makes sure that my husband is well stocked!!) however, it smelled so good when we came home from church that my husband kept asking if it was dinner time yet!!!

Banana chocolate chip cake....well, i gave it a try but it wasn't exactly as good as I imagined it would be!!!

Dish 13/440:

okay...so this recipe wasn't in the cookbook, but it should be it is that good. My mom is an incredible lady...who has sooooo many amazing talents...one of which is cooking. Well, this is one of my absolutely favorite recipes that she makes however, she cooks by taste and it is incredibly difficult to make what she does because she doesn't use a recipe. However, I managed to make it similiar.....yummy, yummy BBQ spare ribs!!

Dish 12/440:

This was so yummy......guacamole!!!!! Unfortunate.....(ok not really, it is more to my benefit, but Kurt doesn't like guacamole!) So, my faculty were the lucky recipients of this yummy dish for St. Patricks day!

There was nothing left to taste the next day so obviously it was that good!!!

We are back and there are more recipes to come!!!

Going on vacation....

Okay....I am going on vacation, both mentally and physically!!! I promise when I get back there will be more delicious things to see!!!

Mozzarella Chicken

This was super yummy chicken made of cream of chicken soup, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs and butter......it was so good I convinced my sister to make it too!

Okay...we had another failed attempt....I attempted a banana pudding....well, it didn't work out so well!!! We will be attempting again at a later date!!! No picture!!! Sorry!!!

Blueberry Cheesecake (or raspberry)

Okay....so I made this delicious cheesecake... took one to school, got devoured....kept one at home and this was all that was left!!
