Ok, so I made the mistake of bringing one of my many friends at school some of the carrot cake that I made...well, needless to say it put me in hot water with some of my other faculty members. So, to redeem myself I made some of these:
Husband's Rating: *** (he got the leftovers...ones that I saved for him were a little bit stale the time to got around to eating it....not an acturate judging!)
Reheat Rating: *** (Best if fresh!!!, but over all quite good!)

Can you say yummy????
